Measure your old poles and don't trust the printed length. If you like the length of your old poles, don't change! Measure the total length from the top of the grip to the bottom of the metal tip.
Pole length often depends on personal preference, not just height. Some prefer 1”-2” longer for a 90° elbow, or shorter for more clearance on ungroomed terrain.
